I needed to cancel my trip due to a sudden death in the family and Apple would not return any part of my payment. No compassion or consideration for a difficult time that I was going through.

We did a 4+ square deal , ended up at grand oasis which is what I thought would happen. Stayed there before but it has got worse. The ac in rooms are bad, service at outside food places are bad, they had attitudes. Took day and a half to get lock for safe, mini bars were not filled daily like they say. I can agree. I'm about to create a website dedicated to Apple complaints. I was just put through *** on earth by this company, from start to finish. My initial $4789 that I paid, turned into $5500. This company is a shame. They DO NOT CARE! By the time I realized the low integrity of this company, it was too late. They were only at our hotel for 2 hours the day after we arrived so we booked excursions threw the hotel and checked the book what time our transportation was coming to depart. The day we were leaving we stopped to meet the apple guy because he was in 8 to 10am. He was very rude to us and mad that we didnt book excursions with him.

I just wanted to give you a review of our trip. The hotel sucked!!! Stocked minibar was ***! There was no alcohol in our rooms and no matter how many times we asked, they would never bring it. Room service, Internet and anything else you might want were extra. The people who worked in the hotel were extremely rude and most of them didn't even speak English. I am very upset that my surprise 15 year anniversary trip for my wife was ruined by Apple vacations. You have taken the $2596.40 from my bank account for our dream trip which was the posted price, but magically afterwards, I got a second email indicating the trip had not yet been paid in full and a balance of $850 is still required to secure travel. They give all travel agencies a bad name. I Was made to think I HAD to book through them for my friends destination wedding in Punta Cana in order to be included in the wedding block of rooms and so on. We go to check in and are told that we have to wait 3 hours to check in, THEN I'm given some run around because Apple vacations split my 8 day trip into 4 vouchers for two days at a time and the resort had no idea what was going on. Apple Vacations failed to inform us our flight was canceled from Cancun back to the U.S. The Apple reps. at our hotel told us it would take 2 hours to let us know if they could book a hotel by the airport. I had already found there was a room available using Travelocity.  They would only offer us their early shuttle to the airport which left before they would book us a hotel.
