We should have been ready for the disappointing vacation after not being able to speak directly with an Apple representative for weeks before we even left! We had to call and pretty much insist on getting our paperwork sent to us for our flight that was less than a week away?!
We had seats on the airplane several rows apart and accepted that and decided to get the rep at the resort to fix the return flight. She said it was taken care of but upon arrival at the check in desk we discovered she had not taken care of it and with a couple key strokes the guy there took care of it?
The Apple rep at the hotel suggested we could reach her for ANYTHING 24/7. We'd have both her cell phones but we never got the numbers! She was going to let us know what she found out about our return flight but we never heard.
The stay was to be 'all inclusive'......well, not really. Caring around bills in a wet swim suit to tip everybody so you can continue getting service is not convenient. The driver wouldn't even give us our bags til he got some money and he doesn't stutter when he relates that to you!!
Unlimited beverages in your frig was a crock!! They informed us that they restock every other day and you are limited on the number of beverages they will leave. We had a heck of a time trying to get them to swap out grape and orange pop for water!!
You'll want/need to shower more than once a day but you sure will find it difficult to get more than one towel and one wash cloth. And they don't restock everything. You may or may not have bath wash or shampoo.
If you plan on having a cool room to stay in....don't. The housekeeping staff leaves your door open when they are cleaning so you won't feel coolness til in the wee hours of the morning!!
